1. HAVE A PLAN 

The idea of support is very alluring, especially when business is rolling in and we can barely stay above water. But it can only be effective when there’s a plan in place, so spend some extra time establishing roles and responsibilities, tightening up your workflow, and establishing some KPIs that will set your V.A. up for success! 

 

2. DELEGATE AND ELEVATE
