Sourcing the Talent

The Interview Process
We put a lot of weight and importance against the interview stage of our process. Our objective is to ensure we find you your next exceptional team member!
During the interviews, your designated DCX Talent Acquisition representative will conduct each session, covering all the essential topics and posing relevant questions designed to ensure a comprehensive evaluation. While this may appear swift, our team has optimized the process for efficiency, having conducted numerous interviews thus far.
The key focus is to ensure your complete confidence in choosing the right employee for your team.
Ensuring Onboarding Success
After the DCX Onboarding Day, a Kickoff meeting is held, marking a significant milestone in the process of hiring your DCX team member!
During this meeting, your Customer Success Manager will assist you in setting up everything for your new employee. They will address any questions that may have arisen during the interview process and collaborate with you to develop an onboarding blueprint for your new team member.
Following this, your Customer Success Manager will conduct regular Onboarding check-in calls over the next 30 days to ensure smooth progress.
This will culminate in an Onboarding wrap-up meeting at the end of the second month, followed by a check-in meeting at the three-month mark.
